How long does shipping take for brewing equipment?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping varies by location and customs processing.
Do your kegs and hardware come with a warranty?
Yes, all KegLand hardware, including Series X Kegerators and BrewZilla systems, comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Can I return unused brewing ingredients?
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable items like yeast, hops, or malt. However, unopened hardware and accessories can be returned within 30 days.
Are your CO2 cylinders shipped full or empty?
Due to courier safety regulations, all gas cylinders are shipped empty. You can have them filled at local homebrew shops or gas refill stations in your area.
Do you offer technical support for setup?
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive digital manuals, video tutorials, and a dedicated technical support team to help you calibrate and set up your brewing rig.
