  Ensure items are unused, in original packaging, and include all components; please note that perishable ingredients like yeast and hops are non-returnable.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return authorization label before shipping them back to our central warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
